Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-01
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the CargoWorld software and website (the "Service") provided by CargoWorld AI ("CargoWorld", "we", "us"). By creating or using a workspace, or by accepting an invitation to one, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent (the "Customer").
1. The Service
CargoWorld is business software for freight forwarders: inquiries and quotations, rates, bookings, shipment files, documents, accounting, customs preparation and related tools. During the pilot period, features may change, and some are marked as previews.
A written order or agreement signed with the Customer takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.
2. Accounts
Workspaces are created by invitation. The Customer is responsible for the people it invites, for the roles and permissions it gives them, and for everything done under its users' accounts. Keep passwords secret, use two-factor authentication where offered, and tell us at once at info@cargoworld.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Customer data
The Customer owns the data it puts into the Service. The Customer gives us the right to store and process that data only to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer data, and we do not use one Customer's data to serve another.
The Customer is responsible for having the right to enter the data, including personal data of its customers, partners and staff, and for meeting its own obligations to those people.
The Customer may export its data at any time with the export tools. When the Customer's account ends, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI features
AI features read information and produce drafts. They can be wrong. Prices are calculated from the rates the Customer has confirmed, and a person at the Customer must review quotations, documents, customs data and e-mails before they are used or sent. The Customer remains responsible for what it sends to its customers, carriers and authorities.
5. E-mail and connected mailboxes
Users may send e-mails through the CargoWorld mailbox or connect their own Google or Microsoft mailbox. A connected mailbox is used only to send the e-mails the user chooses to send. The Customer and its users are the senders of these e-mails and must follow the laws that apply, including Vietnam's Decree 91/2020/ND-CP and the United States CAN-SPAM Act: honest sender and subject, prior consent where the law requires it, a working opt-out, and no bulk or unsolicited advertising.
Use of a Google or Microsoft account is also subject to that provider's own terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, including customs, sanctions, export control, data protection and anti-spam rules;
- upload malware or try to access data, accounts or systems that are not yours;
- test, probe or overload the Service without our written permission;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- enter false information in documents or filings.
7. Third-party services
The Service can connect to services that we do not control, such as carriers' systems, Google, Microsoft and accounting software. Their availability and terms are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Fees
Pilot workspaces are free unless agreed otherwise in writing. Paid plans, prices and payment terms will be agreed in an order before any charge is made.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but during the pilot it is provided without a guaranteed service level. We may perform maintenance, and we will try to give notice of planned interruptions. Support: info@cargoworld.ai.
10. Suspension and ending
The Customer may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are seriously broken, if needed to protect the Service or other customers, or if the law requires it; where possible we will warn first. After the account ends, the Customer can ask for an export of its data within 30 days.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Customer paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, for free pilot use, to the amount required by applicable law). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will inform Customers in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means accepting it.
13. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS].
